Getting old with time,

In words and mysteries,

How it started, seemed all fine,

All inside pages of history,

Gulping down the bad taste,

The sewers filling up,

Embroidery of emotions,

In your face, seemingly numb,

And the nudity in your eyes,

Flattery of your voice,

Rolls down to the phase,

When you are the choice,

Dreams in violence,

Cries in the night,

Beckons your mind,

Swimming in drugged delight,

Stories of that spark,

Still haunts your mind,

So much went by,

And you’re not of that kind,

The perfect life,

Desiccated in a timeline,

Trying to slip back all the while,

Only forward shall you grind,

Old,

You’re getting old,

Nobody has seen,

The way it was told,

Cold,

It’s so cold,

Everybody’s frozen and still,

Yet you’re getting old...
